She played a pivotal role in promoting and managing large-scale events for the hotel group. Transitioning to Turkey, Ayana further honed her skills in the real estate market as a department head, managing marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with sales associates and driving revenue upward. Ayana has a deep passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Her broad range of experience in various industries add to her special skill set, which combines event management savvy, real estate marketing know-how, and hospitality grace.
