Having transitioned from Banking to Real Estate 5 years ago, the excitement and energy of the real estate market in the Cayman Islands are a compliment to David’s personality and what continues to drive his strong commitment to service his clients who sell and acquire property in the cayman Islands. With over 25 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Banking; integrity and client service are at the core of his relationships. David’s keen understanding of deal structures and financing options in the Cayman market is heavily relied on by his clients to find suitable solutions. Further, with an extensive, reliable network of service providers covering all aspects of property, David is results- driven and has a proven track record of successfully assisting his clients in all areas of their real estate journey. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Marketing) from Florida International University and spent more than nine years living and working in the US before returning home to the Cayman Islands in 2008. He remains connected to the district of West Bay, where he grew up, through his active support of the John Gray Memorial Church. When not spending time volunteering or out on Cayman’s crystal-clear waters with family and friends, David enjoys keeping active through running and tennis.
