Jeremy was born and raised in Rochester, England in 1961 and attended University College London where he obtained a BSc Hons. degree in Land Development Studies. He started his career with Vickers PLC, working out of their Head Office in the UK and relocated to the Cayman Islands on an 18-month contract in 1987 and 31 years later still lives there having put down strong roots in the community and Caribbean region. Jeremy owns and operates a group of companies offering property and investment related services to investors, corporations and developers in the Cayman Islands and other Caribbean markets. These include International Realty Group Ltd. (IRG), International Property Insurance Ltd and CayCuba Investment Strategies Ltd. He sits on the Global Advisory Board for The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and is a director of an International Private Bank. Jeremy served as President of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association from 2008 to 2011 and remains an active member, he was a founder of the Cayman Islands Investment Council in 2007, has and continues to advise the Cayman Islands and regional governments on a number of property and investment related matters. From a community perspective Jeremy is a member of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman, becoming its youngest-ever President in 1995. He is a Past District Governor for the Northern Caribbean and remains strongly involved in the organisation’s humanitarian efforts in the region and on an international level, currently heading a global effort to bring clean water and sanitation to all the people of Haiti.
