The department will be headed up by Samantha Payne who brings to the role almost 10 years experience in Lettings and Property Management in the London real estate market, where she has developed expertise in many areas of residential property including Relocation, Leasing, Sales and Property Management. Samantha’s experience makes her an invaluable member of the IRG team. Samantha says ‘I am delighted to launch the lettings and management department and look forward to becoming the agent of choice for Landlords and Tenants alike. Our focus is to offer a proactive and efficient service tailored to meet each individual’s needs and find quality tenants for quality properties.
