Knight Frank International Affiliates Conference 2007 - Jeremy Hurst presents Cayman Property Market report

Jeremy Hurst of Cayman real estate company IRG attend Knight Franks worldwide International Residential Property Conference at the Westbury Hotel in Mayfair, London December 5-7th. He presented a paper on the Cayman Property market and how it compared to other luxury property markets worldwide. The conference concluded with a visit to the World's most expensive luxury residential real estate development, One Hyde Park, which is under development by London based developers Candy and Candy.

The luxury real estate project designed by world renowned architect Norman Foster, includes a Mandarin Oriental hotel and is preselling at prices of £5,000 per sq. ft. with the largest penthouse apartments selling at close to £100 million each.
