The Premier of the Cayman Islands, Alden McLaughlin appeared live on BBC Hardtalk this week. He was subsequently asked about Cayman's current status and future as an Offshore Financial Centre. Once again the Premier confirmed and reiterated that the Cayman Islands currently has over 30 international treaties and that all financial, trust, legal and fiduciary entities adhere to complete transparency and due diligence.
