Silver Reef Construction Update - Sept 2023

If you have passed by the Silver Reef site on Old Robin Road in recent weeks, you will have noticed construction is almost complete.

All building structures have been completed, and we are in the process of finishing the site exit and driveway, with an aim to have them both completed by mid-September.

Buildings 1 & 2 (units 1-4) have all been substantially completed and inspected by BCU, and we are at the Punch-Out stage.

Buildings 3 & 4 (units 5-8) have also been substantially completed with some finishing touches pending on a few individual units.

Buildings 5 & 6 (units 9-12) are also in the Punch-Out stage, however, the inspections are still underway with aims to have them completed by mid-September.

The Wellness building where the gym and spa are located is in the process of exterior rendering and will be coloured within the next two weeks. The interior fit-out is expected to be completed by the end of October.
