April 2010 - Cayman Islands IRG, Cayman Property specialists, have announced that Cayman commercial property Zephyr House has just been brought back onto the market. IRG, Cayman's leading commercial real estate company, acquired this prime Cayman property on behalf of European based Letter stone plc The office building comprises 5 floors of quality office space totaling almost 18,000 sq. ft. of space. It is fully rented and offers a cash on cash return on investment of around 9% plus, says Jeremy Hurst, owner/broker of Cayman Property specialists, IRG, "significant opportunity for appreciation".
