How it works....

• We can pick you up from your place of work or meet you at the properties to show you around, we accompany all viewings and ask for feedback from you to give to our Landlords.
• Once you have found a property you would like to rent, we ask you to place a holding deposit on the property to secure it.
• We negotiate terms between you and the Landlord and come to a fair agreement all are happy with.
• We reference all of our Tenants with previous Landlord and employers and ask for photo ID.
• We ask that you pay your first month’s rental in advance or on the day of move in, in cleared funds.
• We can arrange to be present at check in if you wish and when the inventory is being carried out.
• Some of our properties are managed by the Landlords directly, in this case you will correspond with them throughout, if we are managing the property we will be your point if contact. IRG are always on hand however should you need any assistance during your Tenancy.
